Plenary Session I
Participants will be divided in three working groups. Each group will be allotted a separate place in the hall to discuss a selected theme. Plenary Session-I shall have the following group formation:
Group A: Delay Reduction: Issues & Strategies
Group B: Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
Group C: Improvement in the Quality of Judgment
Each group will observe the following working schedule:

Participants will re-assemble at their group place and form three separate groups. Each group will discuss a selected theme. Plenary Session II shall have the following group formation:
Group D: Public Interest Litigation
Group E: Legal Education
Group F: Judicial
Each group will observe the following schedule:

of sessions a Drafting Group will be constituted to develop presentations &
a declaration for the concluding session.
Conference Declaration & Recommendations
The recommendations of the groups would be compiled for their presentation at the closing ceremony drawing on the thrust of the papers presented by the discussants in a comprehensive. A declaration shall also be drafted on the basis of key recommendations presentation. The declaration shall be read out by the Chief Justice of Pakistan at the closing ceremony. For the purpose of writing declaration, compiling recommendations, one repertoire shall be designated for each group who would record and submit the proceedings/recommendations of the group to the Conference Secretariat at the designated time. These recommendations shall be converted into a comprehensive conference report which shall be presented to NJPMC and LJCP within one month of the conference for preparation of a consolidated actionable document. Finally, this report will be presented to NJPMC, LJCP, Federal Government, Provincial Governments and other stakeholders for consideration and implementation.
