Technical Evaluation Committee (T.E.C)
The Technical Experts Committee is a committee of experts, Former Judge, Supreme Court of Pakistan acts as Chairman of Technical Evaluation Committee (TEC) whereas renowned Researcher, Scholars, Academia, Legal & Technical Experts are act as members of the Committee, nominated by the Hon'ble Chief Justice of Pakistan for a tenure of three years.
The Committee is mandated to:
- To review and recommend project proposals recieved under the Legal Empowerment Fund (LEF) Window of the Access to Justice Development Fund (AJDF).
- Disbursement Mechanism, Dispute Resolution, Technical Guidance and issues related to fund.
